ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE PROVISIONAL UNTIL CONFIRMED BY THE OWNER
Deposit: We can not confirm a booking until payment has been received. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking (or the full amount if the booking is within 4 weeks of arrival). If a reservation cannot be accepted (at our discretion) the deposit will be refunded to you.
Balance: This is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the damages deposit (see below). If the balance is not received following reminders it will be regarded as a cancellation and your booking cancelled forfeiting the deposit.
Linen: Bed linen & towels are provided but please provide your own beach towels. Damaged or stained linen must be paid for.
Cancellations: A cancellation must be given in writing and will result in the loss of the deposit. We will make every attempt to re let the accommodation. If the accommodation cannot be re-let, liability for the cost of the holiday will be yours. Failure to pay the holiday balance 4 wks prior to the arrival date will be regarded as a cancellation and the deposit will not be refunded.
Occupants: Only persons named are to stay, we must be given notice of any changes or further persons, providing there is bed space, before arrival and billed accordingly. We are a quiet site and only accept couples over the age of 21 years. We regret that we do not accept children or pets.
Equipment breakdown: In the event of equipment breakdown, we (the owners) cannot be held responsible although we will make every effort to make repairs or rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Other: Refunds cannot be made for any nights missed due to late arrivals/early departures.
We cannot accept any liability for any of the following; Injuries or loss of life of anyone in the party, loss or damage to any property brought on to the premises or loss or damage caused by any vehicles on the premises.
Holiday Insurance: We strongly advise that you obtain holiday insurance to cover the cost of your stay in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation, although it is not obligatory.
